Invited contributions

Invited contributions will be included in the Proceedings of the Workshop, which will be published on a special issue of an international journal.

Short Presentations

The Workshop encourages thorough and lively discussion about the topics of the sessions. In order to properly organize the discussion sessions, all the interested participants are invited to complete the pre-registration form, send it to the Technical Secretariat, and submit an abstract of their contribution by 30 September 2013.

After acceptance of the abstract, the Authors will be invited to submit a paper by 20 October 2013, which will be subjected to peer-review coordinated by the Scientific Committee of the workshop. Accepted papers will be published by Elsevier B.V. in a thematic issue of PROCEDIA EARTH AND PLANETARY SCIENCE (indexed by Scopus). Download here the template of the Proceedings paper. Please note that for the publication of the accepted paper, the participation to the discussion of at least one of the Authors is kindly requested.
